At MBFE we carry out a complete set of structural calculations every time, providing them on every project, so you can be sure you receive the most for your engineering dollars.
Your design package includes:
- Full size 24x36 sets of your foundation plans stamped and signed by a Licensed Professional Engineer. (larger print sizes available)
- Two complete sets of the calculation package, stamped and signed by a Licensed Professional Engineer. (additional copies can be provided if needed)

A custom foundation plan conforming to applicable building and material codes including:
- 2021 International Building Code
- American Institute of Steel Construction, AISC 15th Edition
- American Concrete Institute, ACI 318-19
- American Society of Civil Engineers, ASCE 7-16
